Encounter With ‘Erratic’ Stalker Left Fikes ‘Extremely Disturbed’
Fike is requesting the restraining order on behalf of himself and his assistant, Francesca Hsu, who was also present during the encounter.
According to documents filed, on the afternoon of March 26, Fike and Hsu were at his home when they noticed a stranger, Savas, in his living room.

“I was at my house with Ms. Hsu and a vendor hired to perform services in my house. At approximately 3:45 p.m., I saw a stranger (Ms. Savas) in my living room sitting on my couch holding a large shoulder bag. After confirming with Ms. Hsu that she did not know the stranger, we asked Ms. Savas the who she was. Ms. Savas said that she came to see me, that we were texting, that she had made plans with me to come to my house, and that she took a rideshare to my house. I was extremely disturbed by this, as I had never met or spoken to this person before. I told her that I did not know who she was. She then said—falsely—that she was in a relationship with me for the past three years and did not know why no one knew her. She acted erratically.”

Fikes Presses Charges After Encounter With Alleged Stalker
After the discovery, Fikes’ assistant attempted to remove the intruder from the property. “Ms. Hsu escorted Ms. Savas off of my property and called 911. After the Sheriffs arrived, they asked whether we wanted to press charges, and we said we did. We did not speak to Ms. Savas again.”

In his filing, which included a request for a temporary restraining order until the hearing, Fike is asking the court to prevent Savas from doing the following: “Harass, intimidate, molest, attack, strike, stalk, threaten, assault (s-xually or otherwise), hit, abuse, destroy personal property of, or disturb the peace of the person. Contact the person, either directly or indirectly, in any way, including but not limited to, in person, by telephone, in writing, by public or private mail, by interoffice mail, by email, by text message, by fax, or by other electronic means.”
Fike is also asking the court to prevent Savas from sharing or publicly disseminating his home address and to stay at least 100 yards away from Fike and Hsu.

Fikes ‘Fears For The Safety’ Of Himself And Assistant Following Encounter
The incident is further described in court documents.
“Ms. Savas appeared in the living room of my home stating falsely that she was dating me and invited to be there. My address is not published or publicly known, and I have never met her, spoken to her, or invited her to my house. She raised her voice when asked to leave and used physical force against my assistant (Francesca Hsu) who attempted to escort Ms. Savas off the property. Alarmingly, Ms. Savas said she would return. I understand that Ms. Savas may be living close by and may have a history of criminal conduct and harassment. This disturbing incident has caused me to fear for the safety of my assistant and myself.”
Savas has a history of harassment, which was also included in the court documents.

The third season of the show has not begun production, although, according to Deadline, HBO is still hopeful for a 2025 return.
