Following Taylor Swift‘s release of ‘thanK you aIMee,’ a song that many suspect is about Kim Kardashian, Swifties bombarded the reality television star’s social media with shady comments.
As The Blast has reported, Swift dropped 31 new tracks from her latest album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology’ on Friday, April 19. Swifties did not hesitate to listen and dissect each song, one of which is believed to be about Swift’s ongoing feud with Kim Kardashian.
And that song is ‘thanK you aIMee.’

Then, after listening to the lyrics, Swifties are absolutely convinced the song shades the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashian’ star.
“When I picture my hometown / There’s a bronze spray-tanned statue of you / And a plaque underneath it / That threatens to push me down the stairs, at our school,” Swift sings, which many believe is a reference to Kardashian’s famous tan.
“And I can’t forgive the way you made me feel / Screamed ‘F-ck you, Aimee’ to the night sky, as the blood was gushin’ / But I can’t forget the way you made me heal, ” the artist adds.

Taylor Swift Seemingly Shades Kim Kardashian In New Song
Plus, the bridge also seems to hint at her feud with Kardashian as she sings:
“And maybe you’ve reframed it / And in your mind, you never beat my spirit black and blue / I don’t think you’ve changed much / And so I changed your name and any real defining clues / And one day, your kid comes home singin’ / A song that only us two is gonna know is about you.”
After the song’s release, Swifties ran to Kardashian’s Instagram and flooded the comments section of her most recent post.

Swifties Bombard Kim Kardashian Following The Song’s Release
In the third verse of the song, Swift sings that she “wrote a thousand songs that you find uncool” and “built a legacy which you can’t undo” while adding that “there wouldn’t be this if there hadn’t been you.” Swifties think this refers to the infamous leaked phone call and Kardashian’s snake emoji comment from 2016.
After listening to the song, thousands of comments came flooding into Kim Kardashian’s latest Instagram post, including some who wrote the lyric,” And one day, your kid comes home singin’ a song that only us two is gonna know is about you,” which is seemingly a reference to Kardashian’s daughter, North West.
Others just wrote the song title, ‘thanK you aIMee’ as a diss towards the SKIMS founder.

Kim Kardashian’s Infamous Feud With Taylor Swift
This feud between Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift began in 2009, when Kardashian’s ex, Kanye West, ran up on stage at the MTV VMAs during Swift’s acceptance speech, claiming that Beyoncé should have won the award.
“Yo, Taylor, I’m really happy for you, I’ma let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time!” he said as he stormed the stage.
The feud continued after Kanye West dissed Swift in his song ‘Famous.’ “Me and Taylor still might have sex / I made that b-tch famous,” he rapped.
While the feud was initially between West and Swift, Kardashian eventually joined in when she claimed that Swift knew of the infamous ‘Famous’ lyric.
“She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn’t,” she said at the time. “I swear, my husband gets so much sh-t for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved.”

Taylor Swift Addresses Her Feud With Kim Kardashian And Kanye West
During her TIME Magazine cover story interview last year, the ‘Love Story’ singer addressed the feud she has between West and Kardashian, admitting how much it affected her “psychologically.”
“That took me down psychologically to a place I’ve never been before,” she told the magazine during her 2023 Person of the Year cover story. “I moved to a foreign country. I didn’t leave a rental house for a year. I was afraid to get on phone calls. I pushed away most people in my life because I didn’t trust anyone anymore.”
She added, “I went down really, really hard.”
